Police Department – Village of Cambridge
How do I know if the 36‑hour window has started?
We post start/end notices on this page and the Village Facebook page when snowfall meets the 1‑inch threshold. When in doubt after a measurable storm, do not park on village streets between midnight and 6:00 a.m. for 36 hours.
Where can I park during the restriction?
Use off‑street parking (driveways or private lots with permission). Do not park on sidewalks.
What about plow berms blocking my driveway?
Plows must clear curb‑to‑curb for safety. Our crews try to minimize impacts, but driveway aprons may be blocked; please plan ahead.
Who do I contact about a ticket?
Contact the Police Department (non‑emergency) or the Court/Clerk listed on your ticket.
