PUBLIC NOTICE

In accordance with Election Law Section 15-104 (3)(c) and (4), the following information is provided to the public:

1. There will be a Village election held in the Village of Cambridge on Tuesday, September 15, 2020.

2. The polls will be open from 12 noon to 9 PM at the Village Offices located at 56 North Park Street, Cambridge, New York. Absentee voting is available to registered voters in the Village with presentation of a NYS Absentee Ballot Application to the Village Clerk.

3. Positions to be voted on:

4. Referendum to be voted on:
Shall the Bond Resolution adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Cambridge, New York dated February 27, 2020 authorizing the issuance of $3,700,000.00 of general obligation serial bonds or statutory installment bonds of the Village to pay the costs of the construction of a firehouse and other incidental costs at the property located at Gilbert Street in the Village of Cambridge, Town of White Creek, County of Washington, New York and being a 3.2 acre portion of the tax map parcel number 264.5-1-20 at a maximum aggregated cost of $3,700,000.00; authorizing such expenditures and the pledging the full faith and credit of the Village to the payment of said obligations and the interest thereon, be approved?
